Invoicing using NetSuite Advanced PDF Template

An alternate model for personalizing printed and email transactions is supported by the Advanced PDF/HTML Templates functionality. Compared to transaction form layouts, often known as basic layouts, this model allows greater customization options. (Basic layouts used to be referred to as legacy layouts.) Transactions can be customized for printing and emailing by administrators and users with the Advanced PDF/HTML Templates capability.

Enabling Advanced PDF feature in Netsuite

Go to Setup > Company > Enable Features. On the SuiteCloud tab > SuiteBuilder >Advanced PDF/HTML Templates should be checked.

All transaction and print types provided by fundamental layouts, including internationalized versions, are supported by advanced PDF.
